Still trying to figure out an efficient "tradigital" pose-to-pose workflow in ToonBoom and would love any advice in this regard.

Alright, so I have this placeholder pendulum here-but say I want to push the width of the arc further out with a few additional frames or add a few inbetween frames-or even just rearrange them. I JUST found out you can re-order your drawings by selecting a frame in the x-sheet and either typing a number in or hitting the "[" or "]" keys respectively. For some reason when using the "[" method I'm finding that my drawings have like "sub" drawings too (in this instance they're all copies of frame 3-but off by a few pixels-btw, what a useful feature!). Can I get rid of these sub-frames or what (and how)?

Also for some reason it will let me cut and presumably copy frames from the timeline but I can't drag them or paste them back into the timeline. I can't possibly know which of the hundreds of inscrutable settings I have activated preventing me from doing that but if anyone's familiar I'd appreciate it.

I've watched a lot of Adam Phillips' guide to ToonBoom but his video is more of a quick rundown and emphasizes software features rather than its minutiae.
