Well done Loomis ... HOWEVER

This book is basically Will Weston's lectures in book form. Buy it if you want to gmi!

Don't want to be the guy that has to ask, but feedback on any of these would be appreciated. Half of them were no effort and the others were. I figure the problems with line confidence are only solved by actively striking the page over hours and hours of intentional practice. I just read through this book and I think it was pretty helpful in some places. I think it's one I'll have to go back through and really do a bunch of copying and such. So really I suppose asking for feedback on any of these would be premature because it's not really the result of me struggling with the material for very long. There's probably a lot I should discover on my own first. But in reality I probably just want to shitpost more than I want to draw.

Hey, I'm /beg/ and just found a physical copy of pic related in a box while moving. Is it a good place to start? I also found Traveling with your sketchbook by Joyce Ryan.

Is this a better book for beginners than FWP? I own a copy and wondering if I should start with it rather than Loomis.
