Also, try to get a solidly constructed head down; I know that you specialize in painting and rendering, but your initial stages would go a lot faster if you get it down in one go. A solid underdrawing makes for a solid painting, if you know where everything goes from the start then you don't have to do any guesswork later on. That hair for example, if you draw a hairline on the constructed head, then you'll know where your hair should be. Other than that, you're doing fantastic work, keep practicing and you're GMI.
