I started making my own as well.
Checking out tablet input in qt right now. Everything seems like it's going fine.

Anyway when I hear the name of basically any art software I think unusable.
Photoshop may as well be mspaint for all the reliability of their tablet input. Something about windows ink dependency and there's literally no way to fix it.
GIMP isn't for drawing or editing.
Krita is just another piece of KDE crotch necrosis. Tablet pressure works fine though.
Corel Painter is a mole on photoshop's ass. They can't design funtional software either.
CSP is garbo for painting, brush editor isn't made for humans and the toolbox is completely trash.
SAI is the closest out of all of them to being a decent art program.

I'm getting fucking tired of software so I don't know if I'll even finish this.
