That picture has photobashing in it.
In case you didn't know, photobashing means taking a photograph, resizing it and slightly brushing over it.
Most artist are turned off when they see this. Not only does it have very little actual painting involved but it also doesn't look right.
The different photos used can have very different textures and lighting which can make the end-product look jarring.
