Don’t think about poses, think about actions. Poses are stiff, actions are snapshots of movement. It’s better to over exaggerate than to under exaggerate. Also act things out with your own body to properly feel out what’s happening on the page. If it feels really unnatural for your own body, chances are there’s an error in your drawing.
