It is great that you are focusing on anatomy too Anon. Keep in mind however that gesture drawing is just about a quick plan for establishing the directions, angles and the basic shape of the body, drawing basic "sack people" is enough you do not need details.

Try to establish the main lines and the directions of the spine/torso the angles of the shoulders and the hips

About yours the two arms are visibly uneven, the chest and pecs look flat and the neck is too wide and the head is too big. The neck is actually an extremely flexible part of the body, try to make it longer and thinner in the future.
