Trying to go for a classic painting kind of look with this one after I'm done throwing some more color variation in and blocking out the shapes properly.

Good skin tones but the lines look jarring and thick, might want to color them if you can. Also the top part of the hair looks a bit flat, could some a bit of puffing. Aside from that maybe some color blending.
