Holy fuck I'm bad at this.

I'm not sure what I'm missing; I've gone over the structure of the head for months and thought I had a moderately good understanding of values but just about everything went wrong doing this.

Can anyone with more experience help identify what I'm doing wrong and how I can improve? I've scrapped this and will try again later, going to work on drawing the head without values to try and get more practice with proportion until then.
