Look man, I've been polite, but study more before trying to intercept critique meant for someone outside your skill level. This is a common mistake. Up angled head, down angled jaw. It's unconscious to avoid drawing the connection of the neck/jaw.

Either the artist will care or he won't, but it is what it is.
