if my engrish wasnt garbage i will hellp you out, but basically you need to know the forms and which one overlap who, also helps a lot to understand perspective, you can simplify the body in basic shapes and use some beg shit perspective and still have some decent results like this one, the rest is filling the shapes with anatomy.
