i'm not a furry. just wanted to mention this.

how do you draw a furry animal or a person in a fursuit without making the whole thing fuzzy, but still allowing for the furryness to show?
the below neck part is almost like some damn parrot, but i like the chest hair and some hairings, but still seems too sleek. should i just put more furry intercessions between the sleek sections or what?
