Thanks a lot man! I did it by picking the colors from an actual person apart from the highlights and darkest shadows which I'll leave as ~97 black and ~97 white. You can use this layer as color, overlay, multiply or... I dunno. What ever. Just try mixing them. It's not a one step thing! Same goes for the multiply/overlay-stuff you do after that. You want to stack this one layer at a time slowly until you feel like you're getting closer to a more realistic render. Once you think you've got your colors right you blend some shit with a hard 100% smudge brush or a regular hard brush to make your colorfuckery less obvious. Also use some native facial colors and stuff (pic related)
