Not a fan of the style, but the real issue is bone structure, the right part of her face is mutating to the side and the way the hand is connected to it is awkward too. Try to sketch the shape of the head first before adding details, so you can place the eyes nose mouth where it makes sense.
Also I'll just add that I find hard to tell the intent of her expression with this style. I like the linework in this piece though.
