Proko is a retard. Charcoal STICKS are used for general drawing. Charcoal pencils are used for fine detail at the endstage of the drawing. Use charcoal sticks

It looks nice. Remember the hat is round so, just like if you were drawing a trashcan but inverted the base line of the hat should be round and not straight like in your drawing. Anatomy, poses and background look very good tho
