You have every right to dislike the style, but YOU certainly didn't give a 'critique', and it obvious.
Now let me show you how a condescending asshole gives a critique.

Have you taken note of this artists overall style? If so, you can come to the conclusion that they more than likely intentionally simplified these features and spent no more than a couple hours on this piece. It's not even a finished piece so why would assume this anime-esque art would have included eyelashes and more realistic eyebrows? Surely you noticed the lining around the eyebrow as well(Indicating it was INTENTIONALLY made to be thin)

So here it looks like you tried to point out the anatomy mistakes, but really all you did was list off body parts. I believe you worded this sentence specifically to try and prolong what you actually were saying, which was "Learn anatomy before coloring"
It's already a given that this artist is working on their anatomy since the first fucking sentence in this thread is "This thread is meant for artists who might want to try to make anime works in-between their studies"
