Tbh, he's right about "clearly inexperienced" and "getting people annoyed," but that doesn't stop my jimmies from getting kinda rustled when I don't even know the level of a guy criticizing me with such words or know it to be much lower. (I welcome constructive feedback without any regards to skill, obviously.) I'm sure anybody who's been in my shoes shares the sentiment, as proven by the last argument I had the displeasure of participating in.

You seem to be getting better each time. Remember that ears are placed much closer to the back of the head in a 3/4 view, so the top left head in the middle sheet is ruined. The lowest one has uneven eyes, it's like somebody flayed his skin and clumsily put it back again, like in Face/Off. The head on the rightmost sheet looks alien/degenerate because of the placement of its eyes and nose, but the one on the small cut below is actually decent.
