I always hear people ask this question and I think it's not a good approach to learning anything. It'll just set up the wrong expectations. If I told you a decade, you might not even want to start drawing. If I told you a couple of months, you might get frustrated if you don't manage to achieve set goal in that time frame. The truth is, it takes a fucking long time to get good at drawing. But it takes none to express yourself and enjoy creating something.
