the OP pic relates to changes made to already decent work that retract the good ole' appeal of the old ones.

changing the art style is good but only for new ideas eg if we were talking animated shows the same style cannot be used in naruto and spongebob, (spongebob anime op is amazing tho)

but if you do a show like the simpsons and you change the stlye a few years later people will hate how you massacred their boy.
