imo it's
-less rendered nose, smaller nose preferred for women
-large rounder eyes for women or younger people
-head, hands and feet can be normal. It only gets larger if it's reaching deformed/chibi levels (think of panty and stocking)
-thinner neck for women and younger people

However these are not fixed as other nips have their own different ways of stylizing their characters. This is a good exercise though when you want to study a specific artist and wanted to list your observations
