to further my point, your reference has darker tones around the hands, armpit, hair and knees than what you referenced

This partly adds to why you see might it as blurry

and notice the strap on the sports bra, you've overshot the plane of value, where it looks as if the strap is levitating or "muddy"

Perhaps experiment with a square brush and see how you go
