banana is an earnest lad so its hard to fault him, its hard to say he'll be able to make real improvements when he's so hamstrung by his time commitments to /dad/ and irl though
he also seems to spend an outsize amount of time on stuff like perspective grids and sketchup recently compared to just drawing

7b seems to be putting in good volume into the right exercises. my main gripe is he uses this all-too-common smooth type of linework that i dislike, which always feels low-energy to me.
if you look at his recent bird submission, i dislike (2) because of how ill boring the round forms are, while the most interesting are 6,7,8,9, especially 7,8, because the vulture forces him to use more challenging silhouettes and create more interesting lines.

i think he should spend more time on sometime like keys to drawing from bert dodson to loosen up his linework, or even doing studies of artists with strong, kinetic linework.
