The position of the legs is pretty plausible as long as she's lying down, I think the issue is the arch in the back. Try it out yourself, its fairly doable (and still comfortable) until you try to curve your back. Then moving your arms up after that makes it even harder. The arch is what makes her look sexy though, imo, so I don't know what I'd do there. Just my two cents. Rendering is really nice by the way! Dat foot.

When you get around to fixing the face, I think making the bridge of the nose more subtle would help a lot in terms of making him cuter. Also possibly enlarging the eyes, but that's more personal taste.

In other news, pearls are not as fun as I was hoping they would be.
