I'm not a man and you don't know much about women if you think thats what femanons exhibit here. What is often mistaken for a hugbox on this board is simply the absence of berating eachother over lack of improvement and not listening to critique that permiates the rest of this board. Many of us femanons realized that this sort of conflict is ultimately unneeded, doesn't make the art any better for any of the parties involved, and just fosters an environment of animosity and petty vendettas which is why ic is the revoling door of artist that you see it as today. It's basically Honey vs vinegar, and favoring patiences over agression. The ones who want it badly enough will get tired of being a bad artist and will move heaven a earth to improve their art, but that takes time, years even of feeling deeply unsatisfied with their work. And it's not going happen just because someone called you a permabeg amd ngmi once upon a time.
