Yes. She is wanted primarily for paranormal-related sexual assault charges.

Well, Slimers aren't inherently driven by desire. So the only way one could assist them to the other side, I imagine, would be to satiate their hunger somehow.
As for her exact methods, they're relatively straightforward. She entices them with an array of food offerings to an undisclosed warehouse at the beginning of each week, then proceeds to extract their ecto-flavoring from them before letting them free. This routine has become so entrenched in the Slimers, that they'll willingly return the next week even with the slimmest of offerings.
