Spear goes below wings. Wings traditionally go on the shoulder blades. Shield should be a higher degree ellips so the arm has room to exist behind it. This also lets you not add the hand showing and lets you detail the shield with a motif. Establish a light source. Is it looking up or looking down, if it's outside then you get more things to worry about. Wings let light through. Typically you hold a spear further back so you have reach, if you hold it like that it gets pretty unwieldy when it's so long. Though if you held it like that, it should point away more, the hilt could rest at the back of the arm, or at least closer to the back. Midriff gets hard to paint in this angle so just make it dark and seperate it from the breast, to also enforce that you look at the focal point of the area around the shoulder. More of the hidden thigh could be shown so it's not as difficult to draw that area, make her. some generic loose feathers, cloth in the wind, some ropes, hair or something to show the movement would help to tie the painting up .
