That's more of a nineties/early 2000 aesthetic, which your image is also related to. Most modern anime have a much rounder stylization to them, and studios like Xebec have been giving women intentionally fuller frames. There's a larger amount of variation with manga but it's almost too much being published to make a general assumption of. There have also been a number of series with hypermuscular characters over the years but most of them are for the seinen, bara or are made majorly by hentai artists for doujinshi series. In regular stuff like shounen they exist but it's more like a character archetype.
