This is how I would do it.
I think her eyes and mouth are not properly placed on her head and also think her head is leaning too far forward. Her legs are also not quite alright imo.
When it comes to gesture, keep in mind mostly the second row. I think you did that part well enough, but I'd like to push it forward a bit.
Look at Hamptom's figure drawing book (is in the op, first link https://pastebin.com/51EwWkA9 ), and see how he plays with flow of the spine.
Again, I liked your gesture, just think you could abuse the style even further.
