Does anyone else get massive hand pains (tendonitis/carpal tunnel) from drawing w/ screen displays? (cintiqs) Drawing on my intuos, paper, ipad pro feels so much nicer and easier on my wrist.

Does anyone have any traditional looking brushes they can recommend for achieving a painterly look digitally? I'm looking for oil style as well as a brighter more pastel or watercolor look, but it seems nigh impossible to find any brush that's trying to look like actual paint and isn't dogshit.
