I have noticed that a lot of people seem to have problems drawing anime eyes. Here's a tip. Anime eyes are concave in 3D form, not convex. Stop visualizing convex anime eyes. That's why your drawings end up looking weird.

That kind of anime eyes are basically symbol drawings. They're almost flat. Try thinking about them as if they were concave instead of spherical.
