Literally all 3 of your black characters have the same indigo-tinted brown skin tone. Even black people have varying shades of how dark or fair they are within their own family. That’s why their designs seem so forgettable to everyone here. They’re indistinguishable from one other other than in terms of gender and height.
A well-off person who can afford glasses, weapons (that implies time to train and money to pay for a blacksmith) and a full suit in the Edwardian period is probably going to have a different complexion than the servant girl or a factory worker/chimney sweeper/working class teenage boy who spends all day working outside.
