yes and no, the wobble is very pronounced on our ipad pro, a slow diagonal like will have about a half centimeter of wobble, if you do the same line fast, its not noticeable at all, and its always diagonal that this surfaces, it's never vertical or horizontal.

also, i figured I would come in with a tilt test because fuck it, lets see what it does.

for this I pressed down on a tilted angle, and just circled my hand around. it seems like the about 1cm on the sides of the display is a deadzone for the tilt, and it's also evident that I have shit control of the pen when I do this, some people can make a perfect circle, I make a potato. but this should show there is no dead angles on a kamvas 13
