Spend 6 hours straight on a sketch. In lilove with the idea. Feel great about it. For once I drew something that isn't so stiff. Had an interesting original thought for once in my life and successfully put it on paper.

Post positive motivational comment on vent. Come back the next day, spend 4 more hours to tweek it and really make it as good as I can.

i dont know anything about color or value.i drew this but it looks so strange. the reason is because i gave every color it's own layer so its easy to change if i dont like it and then i did all the shadows and highlights in 1 layer each. i didnt want shadows and highlights to be black and white so i made the shadows a dark blue and highlights a yellow. assume the light source is straight above or maybe slight to the left.
