That eye seems unfocused and tired, he is supposed to be a bloodthirsty motherfucker right? Gave him a more intense gaze, arch those eyebrows to make him look angry, now the eye seems focused on a spot instead of just having that tired look. Also I notice your skin tone is basically just one hue going from lighter to darker, you want to vary those hues so it doesn't look muddy, vary the color temperatures, make the shadows more purple/blue-ish and the lights warmer, with yellows and reds, or the other way around, read a book on color theory familia. Also the background is straight up ugly, I would do a solid color with a subtle gradient instead, or a blood splatter that actually looks like a blood splatter, right now it's looking like Pollock came all over that background, not nice looking tbqfh.
