The stand is crap like other reviewers have said. It hooks on the bottom to a platform (snaps) and very loosely connected to the top (couldn't snap it, i'm too afraid to break it but i tried!). I flipped the cable, thanks. But it is very short, probably b/c it was made for laptops, like it shows in the instruction manual.
