It's something I'm trying to find out myself as well. And so far I'm getting mixed results
>Border of figure and outline of shapes (like the arms and boobs) get thicker lines. Bumps and and crevices use thinner lines
>If working in digital use a high res and a textured pen that can deliver both kind of lines from one brush size using different pressure
I think the only reason you haven't got any response is because no one truly knows the exact process on this thread
