How do penfags think like this?

How long/how much should I be doing Peter Han's exercises? (From https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgDNDOKnArk))

I've been going at it for a month now, and the results vary day by day although there has been some improvement. It takes me on average 30 minutes to do the lines, circles and 3 different textures (watching Alphonso Dunn really helps). After that I work the Charles Bargue drawing course, which is around 40 minutes to an hour until I get tired (I'm a wagecuck).

Should I keep grinding the linework or copy more Bargue plates instead?
