In case you aren't doing it currently, make sure you mix in some copying of artists with a similar style to yours. Make sure you do the studies traditionally because it will help your motor skills for drawing traditionally. I also recommend this because you want to spend at least some of your time looking at and drawing good stylization to work on your visual library. I'm saying this for one because I think you need to be more confident with how you draw the eyes for one. Having a good visual library will increase your drawing confidence.

Don't copy too much though. The no-go zone is spending more time copying than time spent drawing from imagination or memory. Something like 10-20% time spent copying directly from artists won't hurt you and should be a informational. Here are some copies I did about a week ago.
