I think you should read the thread about hand pain on this board, it's got some nice info. If the problems really bother you that much I suggest you see your PCP. I honestly couldn't diagnose without seeing anything and frankly this isn't the place for it.

Thanks for all the help everyone, I got some really good info and ideas. Someone also mention I try out a program called DesignDoll so I'll give that a try.
