It is kind of busy, I desaturated it, lightened it and multiplied it over a blue layer to try and make it less distracting though. I just thought the old version (pic related) with the solid background was too boring and it needed some noise.

I could go back and just redo the changes I did after 'blurring' it but to be honest I didn't think the brushwork was particularly great to start with anyway.
