/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

For which one i should aim to, manga plus creators or the kyoto contest? They both are organized by mediabang and maybe have the same guidelines to upload, but if i remember right in the kyoto contest had something that you couldn't put anything in the story that wasn't resolve in the same oneshot and that kind of things
But since i want to make a series, but the first few chapters would be stand alone stories

Also since last year mpc didn't exist i don't know if this is going to affect the kyoto contest in some way (something like the constest is done in mpc instead)
