I'm learning to have more fun with my practice. taken a step back from studying hands and feet from ref to do a little memory drawing and get some ideas out.

there's not a lot of intent behind your scribbles. admittedly, >>7058614 is right. you aren't at the stage where you should be doing gesture yet. instead, I'd focus on building forms. work with drawabox a bit, particularly the lessons on forms (https://drawabox.com/lesson/2).). don't get too stuck on drawabox - you don't need to do everything religiously. think of it more as exercises that get you closer to understanding how to draw more complex subjects like people.

you're too harsh on yourself. you clearly know something about constructing a figure even if there are flaws. all you need is some references/study to guide you in the right direction. some things do stand out as curious. how can we see the face of the plate if she is holding it over her head? unless she is tipping it forward, it's not really clear. keep practicing anon.

you can start by simply copying this panel. it may not be great, but massaging your creativity with subject matter you are interested in is always a big plus
