The problem is not that it looks like "80/90s anime", people love that. The problem is that it DOESN'T.
It looks like you went straight from drawing Steven Universe OCs to drawing Sailor Moon gifs, which makes for the most generic, disgusting and f*male artsttyle there is.

If you'd like your clients to consist of fat colored-hair American women, keep up the good job.
Otherwise, forget everything you know about stylization up to this point and get a taste. Less colored art, more kilos and kilos of scrap paper with graffiti copies from diverse manga authors.
