The neural network who took your command and then used diffusion to create an image from random noise. it's called Stable diffusion, not stable prompt, the diffusion is the most important part of the technology. The technology is flexible automation, in that while it still needs human commands(for now), it doesn't need any manual actions by a human once the prompt is written. We should really be calling it Automated art then AI art.
