Just starting. Have never drawn before. Did the classic, upside down, pic related.

I know where I screwed up, the right arm is all wrong because I initially drew the lower sleeve too high then didn't know what to do so had to awkwardly connect it, the right hand is too big, and the face is wrong (though it kind of looks ok), among other things.

But I feel the biggest problem is, I spent 4 hours on this. Is this too long? DotRSotB said "thirty to forty minutes - more if possible" so I just spent as long as I wanted. But I have a feeling it is way too long and I should not be a perfectionist with these beginner exercises. Would appreciate a little feedback regarding the pace I should be going at when just starting out.
