Can't find the drawthread link, so I'm making a thread

I would like some advice on how to make the background. Do you have some ideas ?
I thought about a japanese/cyberpunk type of city who would be quite detailed (not big blocks of black or grey ink) with a big red moon behind the head of the mecha.

Ii would like some critique on the shading and the current state of my drawing
The colors looks a bit off in pic related, this one >>2576048 is a non-cropped closer photo

I'm pissed with the non symetry, I wanted it to be perfectly straight but some "body" parts are off and non symetric (i'm not talking about mechanical elements)

I also don't really know what to do with the background.
At first I thought about something simple and minimalstic but maybe something more detailed would look better
