anyways first time joining these threads, dunno the rules and what to do but i'm volunteering Carolyn for this

she is a detective whose husband mysteriously disappeared during service after he dealt with some drug deal bust. there were no bodies, nor witnesses nor traces of paperwork and digital trails for her to follow. it was like he just vanished out of thin air.

currently she works as a private eye solving cases on the side while investigating her husband's disappearance, with her daughter working as a bartender to help meet ends.

>muh abilities
she's good at guns i guess. she had experience during her time as a policewoman, and was noted to be a good shot. she's also a fairly good detective, and has lots of connections within both high and low places. she has experience in hand-to-hand combat, but she isn't proficient at it.

>what about her face-hole?
its just a natural part of her body. she is a demihuman, so she has features that regular humans do not possess. hers manifested as her lacking a face, though despite that she can still see, smell, taste, and oddly enough, masticate despite lacking the organs to do so. it is also noted that the hole in her face is practically bottomless as far as she knew, though she cannot just take out items willy nilly out of it.

she can also hold cigars and cigarettes in place on her face hole, which explains why they never seem to fall out despite the lack of anything visible holding it in place.
