I thought the book and trying to draw everything I wanted to draw from the book a lot better. Found the same with most of the Huston NMA figure stuff compared to the book. Hampton is really bad for actual anatomy but some of the forms are helpful simplifications. Hampton is kinda bad at teaching and speaking too, he's like a one trick pony that can only do those crazy gestures.

I still recommend him for basic beginners but knowing anatomy goes a lot further to construction than a lot of his methods which are better for dynamism imo.
