>why do people into easycore?
Probably because that's the whole reason tools exist - to make things easier. Yeah, we could all paint with our fingers, but brushes make it easy.

Good art is good art, the tools used don't matter. The medium really does not matter.

P.S. I don't into digital at all, I'm full traditionalist.

>They'd pick much better colors because they'd know how to mix, they'd block in much more efficiently, and they'd understand composition and dimension
Pic related.
>the value that comes from working from life, not by sitting behind set of monitors with photo reference. Studying from actual 3 dimensional life is so much more valuable than photo studies.
People on here say this constantly, so I don't know what your problem is.
>skip the part where they get their hands dirty
Getting your hands dirty doesn't make you better in any tangible way, it just makes you dirtier.

Honestly, this kind of attitude seriously pisses me off, because it's ignoring art for the sake of stupid bitching about the medium. If someone can make a good painting, what they did it with and what they used to learn don't matter even a little bit. The people who focus on the medium are elitist snobs and nooblets.
> noobs that come here is, "I can't draw yet, I don't have a tablet.
Not only have I never seen this, I feel most of /ic/ would shoot down anyone saying this.

>That is quite common. Hi Picasso!
