Was that little line I wrote at the end of my post really that important to you that you'd disregard everything else I wrote?

When Vilppu says to "feel it" there is no cloudy metaphysical meaning behind it, he simply means to be conscious of what the figure is doing. Instead of "feel the pose" he could as well just say analyse the pose, or understand the pose. Where is it stretching and pinching, which one is the weight-bearing leg, how is gravity affecting the pose, is it dynamic or static ect. etc. Asking those questions means "feeling" the pose and that's pretty much all there is to this strangely illusive "feel it" statement.
